Prices and Taxes: For a reservation to be confirmed, fees for the first night must be paid at the time the reservation is made by the guest. A valid credit card is required with all reservations to cover any incidentals that may occur during the reservation time frame. 
Identification: A passport or picture ID is required at check-in.  
Payment and Terms at Check-in: Guests will pay for any remaining balance of their accommodation at check-in, and may be required to pay a refundable key deposit as well.     
Check-in: 1PM - Midnight. You are welcome to turn up earlier, however, your bed / room may not be available at that time. Feel free to grab a cup of coffee and relax until we can place you, or we are happy to store your baggage so you can get out and enjoy the day.  
Late arrivals: If you are going to arrive after hours, you will need to make arrangements for a key to be left outside for you. Please be sure to contact us in advance of your arrival if you require this service. Reception closes at midnight (12am).   
Check-out: 6:30 - 11:00 am. Guests will inform reception that they are checking-out and return any keys, at which time any key deposit(s) will be refunded. If any damages or missing items are noted, additional charges may apply.   
Extensions: If you would like to extend your stay, we need to be informed no later than 11 am on your day of check out, but would recommend you inquire at reception as soon as possible as  reservations always take priority.
Minors: All guests must be at least 18 years old, or traveling with an adult 18 years or older, to stay at the Grand Canyon International Hostel.
Parking: The Hostel does have on-site parking which is available to guests on a first come, first serve basis. Guest services will be happy to assist you with your parking needs.
Dispute Resolution/Problems: If any issues or disputes arise, please contact management.   
Pets: We do not allow any pets inside the building, sorry. Service animals with proper identification will be allowed in private rooms only.   
Liability: GCIH does not assume liability for any theft, damages or injuries which may occur while staying at our property. 
Quiet hours: 11PM - 8AM. 
Smoking: Is allowed in designated outside areas only. Smoking (of any kind) is not  allowed inside the building and is strictly enforced.     
Sleeping bags: Are not allowed on the beds. Please help us stay critter free!   
Alcohol: Legal and responsible consumption is permitted on the premises. Hey, we do like to have fun here!   
NO ILLEGAL DRUGS PLEASE - Zero tolerance!
No Lockout, No Curfews, No chores ... :-)
